Dear all, we have head office at delhi and we have PF code for employee now we start a new manufacturing plant at bhiwadi rajasthan so tell me there is need for pf code or not

dear as said by Shri Ravinder Grewal there is no need for a PF Code, however, if you want to maintain separate registers for salary and other particulars you are required to get separate for the employees at Rajasthan then obtain separate PF Code for the Manufacturing division for the location at Rajasthan.

ECR started In March 2012. There was one note on ECR preparation, as due to some difficulties if you are unable to upload ECR and it is delayed, the delay will be ignored for March 12 and April 12.
If any one can provide this note as we have received notice to pay delay charges u/s 7Q / 14 B.
Please help.
