1, i was updated resume in all the jobportals but to be frank only consultancies jobs only available .

2,i was active in proffesinal networking sitesuch as linkedin and cite hr but it is only very helpfull me to get some exposures and knowledge there is no way to find opportunity for freshers/

dear mr surender visvanathan,

god bless you .

i can appreciate your state of mind having lived with job searching students since last 30 years. i want to assure you one thing , NO ONE STAYS WITHOUT A JOB FOR LONG

2. the main issue is everyone wants to join the first class MNC from day one.

3. the MNC are not taking people even with a low first division . [ pl see your profile]

4. no company gives priority only to IIM and IIT. every company management knows that they have to pay a lot for graduates of such prime institutions. every company can not afford it.

5. Naukri and Monster are organisations who earn from getting people placed in jobs . Since they know that you are not available for next 12 months , they do not take you seriously for now. at the appropriate time they will take on your file and offer you various jobs. panicking will not help

6. firstly remove the job search only in top companies. pl start from any company and learn and grow .

7. experience is an important factor in selection process. at this moment accept the fact that you do not have any practical experience. so join a small / medium company and gain experience.

8. take up a part time job for third and fourth semesters so that by the time you come out with a degree, MSW , you will have some experience in SOME matters.

9. communication is an important factor . reading your panic message one feels that you are not up to the mark in written communication. please show your write up to someone and get it corrected and edit your message at the forum.

10. Hope you are struggling to improve your verbal communication . even the best of communicators keep studying to improve their communication.

blessings
