Hello,
I am an HR in an IT organisation of about 60 employees. We have a budget for the events and ceremonies to be conducted throughout the year.
One family event, one dinner / lunch with all the employees, one outing, and one awards ceremony are the events, one done each quarter. Can anyone please help me with the policy for event management, what are the points need to be covered in this policy and how can I make this policy more effective.
