I am given interview i a it company and also get selected. Next day i got a mail for pre- joining documentation and with in few days a I have completed my documentation. And till now After 3 months also i could not get the offer letter. people who have given interview with me have already joined the organization. When i call my HR Recruiter regarding this query she told , joining in onhold we will get back to you. I call her 2-3 times every time she told the same thing. So sir please suggest me what to do.
