Hi Revathi,
The following Job Portals allow the employer to place vacancy free of cost. Does anybody know any other Website/job portal where we can place our advertisement free of cost.

Hi Revathi
I have used all job portals extensively. The major ones naukri, monster are equally good. Please understand the job portal will give you what candidates write in resumes. They will also mention their key skills. Then you search on the keywords. So overall the output depends on candidates own information. Most of the candidates would not put information in proper fashion. So after initial search you will have to put in your own efforts to check the skill level of every candidate.
Please do not expect the portal to select candidate for you.
If you are doing job postings then the skill you put in is very important. Just like any product you have to put words to give max. impact. I have used skill learnt from \'Copywriting\' in my job postings. They have been quite successful.
