Dear Seniors,
We have been asked by the top management to change the existing security guards.
There are two topics came up.
1) Security Guards to be hired on company roll.
2) Engage the new guards through a contractor.
Now as an HR executive I am asked to prepare a report on the likely repercussions regarding liabilities and outcomes of hiring security guards on company roll.
Or if we appoint a contractor and engage the new hired guards on the contractor's roll. Will there be any issue to face security guard boards ?
Please advise in this case.

As per the Pasar Act, a regulation body for security agencies, I am aware about one thing that for compliance reasons you have to make sure that the security guards you hire have all gone through Background Verification. It is a mandatory process for all the securities agencies.
