We supply candidates.
How to track if a candidate joins a company referred by us and didn't inform us.
Neither candidate nor Client !!
We charge Candidate and Not Client but still find that in many case, client hires a candidate and forget/purposely didn't inform us !

Dear Ameya,
The company is not at liberty to tell you whom they have hired, if you have no agreement with the company. As you are charging the candidate, you need to have a constant follow up with the candidate.
Also you will have to have an agreement with the company, then you can manage better and the company becomes liable for sending you the information.
Also build a better rappo with the he company and the candidates. This will help you.

We do have an agreement but over email... as in " if you agree with our terms and conditions , then please fill up the requirement form and send us"

Email Agreement are not helpful.... There is nothing binding on them. You need to have the same on paper. Also increase your followup

Email Agreement Not good ? But I heard now a days emails are also considered as documentary proof ?

Yes, a legal agreement with the company, wherein you have speceifed that you shall provide them candidates and they in return will inform you about the gross or ctc offer to the candidate, when the person joins the organisation.

Dear Amaye,
It is better you send a referral letter scanned copy along with the candidate bio data to the client so you will get reply mail from client about the candidates status after interview. main important thing is you should have good follow up with candidate and as well as client.

We take post dated Cheque from candidate and we en-cash it after they get their first month salary.
What if any Employer doesn't give away the Offer Letter and based on that fact if any candidate declines to make out payment and stop/bounce the cheque... Can we file a legal case against that candidate ?
