I need to deliver a session to group of 20 recruiters on \"How can talent be hired using social media\"?
I am seeking your guidance to conduct this program.
Under this I want to cover few points..
1). Objectives
2). Names of Different platform can be used as social media?
3). How to use those platform?
4).Importance of social media?
5). Can hiring cost be minimised by using social media?
Kindly add if you have some additional thoughts.

First thoughts - depends upon the positions / domains you recruit for. Also on the strength of your network as a first point of contact as well as referrals. Any social network has to be nurtured. Which is why job portals are not going away any time soon.

As of now , almost 50 % of the respondents say the have NEVER applied to any job via any social Media websites...... wonder what this says about their efficacy...If any here has access to some other data on the same subject, please do share !
