If it is junior candidates then may be you can headhunt on any job portal giving target company name.
For senior position this is not possible. No real good candidate puts his/her resume on public domain like job portals.
Use networking to source good candidates.

If I want to do head hunting through the Naukri it is possible.
If yes how I wll search the candidate.
& can anyone guide me how to spek with the candidates when I play the roll of recruiters.Or give me some tips to intract with candidates.
Pl help me because 1st time I am doing the job of recriters & headhunting

Hi
Head hunting for junior level and senior level employees can be done thru job portals.U can specify the skill set,experience,required field in which the employee is required and other details can be put in job portal search.
U can try jobsahead,monster and naukri.
But most senior level positions can be got only through references or consultancies.They will not put their cv's on portals at all.Eg.. Position for GM,CFO, etc...
If u r a paid member of job portals u can also put ad for the requirement on the site itself.
