Well I had Heard from somebody that HR Operation means that handling an Operational Unit of a Business Unit. That Means let's say Genpact Gurgaon in DLF City Phase V. There were different Operational Floor in that branch. The Person handling those Operational Floor will be Considered as Executive, Sr Executive, Asst Manager, Manager or whatever may as HR Operation. I just want to know that whatever point I had presented is wrong or it is partly correct or I am right at My Point.

Hi..
What Mr.Amitm said is right those are all the are of HR functional or operational area's.
Each and every operations have certain Process flow and procedures that will be created by strategic HR team. That will leaded by process lead or process owner and functioned by associates, executives, sr.executives.
For example:-
If am employee joins - joining team will take care of joining formalities, they will check the quality of the JK & they will generate Employee code. after employee code creation Background verification team will start the verification of previous employment and education certificates.
If an employee resigns from a company FFS team will take care of that.
Like that every operation has some unique process structure.
If i made any mistake i request you seniors to correct that.
Many thanks,
