Hi,
1. My first question is when you left the job that time are you in probation period?
2. If you are in probation period as per my concern no need of to serve notice period until they mentioned in your appointment letter.
3. in probation period not required to serve notice period as per generally concern.
4. you are eligible for all the F&F settlements, they should not hold your final settlements as per law.

Hi, in that case they can’t hold your F&F settlements, if they are not responding your mails. 1. try to consult higher authorities 2. Contact labor inspector
