Dear Nitin,
Please share which sector is your firm into ? In US the policies are all governed by the Federal laws. The directories of the State have to be understood.
Have you spoken to any legal expert from that particular place ? I suggest you start from there . Identifying what works best for your firm will follow.

Hi Ukmitra - I am making HR policy document for the employees woking in company in USA. I am not getting the proper guidelines on the Internet on Leave, attendance, working hours, any other mandates to be followed by Employer in USA. Please help.
