I would like to have your advise on my following query,
Recently, 3 employees joined newly to our office.
The Management guidelines is that the new joinee will not have any Earned Leave until he/she completes the probationary period of 6 Months and will be eligible for CL & SL on a pro-rata basis, so how should i calculate no.of CL & SL for the employees joined on 23/06/2014.

The Total CL/SL in year as per your company's leave policy has to be divided equally into No. of months which is called pro rata which an employee can avail per month. Do you require any further information/clarification please feel free to write
