Hi Vijay,
Please note the Form No. of PF:-
Form No. 2:- Nomination & Declaration Form (On the New joining)
Form No. 3A:- Per Month contribution
Form No. 13:-For Transfer of PF from previous employer to new employer
Form No. 31:- For advance (for Home loan, Merriage etc.)
Form No. 10 C, 19, 5, 10 & 3A for withdrawl of PF
