Dear sir/Madam,
I have one query regarding the PF number allotment, in our concern due to some disciplinary actions some employees has been terminated from our concern on 2011 after that legal mediation we agreed to rejoined the same employees again on 2014. So, while terminating from the concern they all employees having PF numbers, now they rejoined now our concern and also they asked to allot same PF number with out cutting their service.Is there any possibility to allot the same PF number for employees? if yes means how? if no means further steps for solving this problem.
kindly advise this issue

Note: we have not paid any payment for the particular termination period.from (2011 to 2014)

Did you settle their EPF accounts at the time of termination? What are the terms of taking them back on service? Are you going to pay them for the break period?

Dear Ashok Kumar ji,
When any employee rejoins the employment with same employer and his PF account of previous employment with same employer is not settled as on his rejoining, then you need to allot same old number.
