what if MCA or Graduates are paid less than preset Govt Minimum wages by check , if that a violation of minimum wages law ? and if cash ?
this is absurd these freshers are available for less than 8000 Rs as they need their first break and dont add much value to the job . why a firm is forced to hire them at a higher salary ?
Thanks

Its very simple
The minimum wages act was made to prevent firms like yours from exploiting the employees / workers.
just because they need experience, does not mean you will pay them below subsistance levels.
If they are not adding anything to your job, then why hire them ?
In any case, there is no option but to pay the minimum wages, and preferable by cheque. If you pay by cash and the employee claims you have not paid it, then you have a big problem on your hands.
