Hi All,
Can anyone throw some light on roping more experienced candidates in IT industry ?
As we dont have any tie up with job portals... reaching candidates regarding the openings have become difficult. I am in touch with some training institutes but they can churn out only Freshers..and have access to some yahoo groups and been posting mails in that too... is there any other effective method to rope in Experienced (1-2years)IT professionals
