Hi All,
I am working as Manager H.R with one of the KPO Based in Noida.
I need your help and support as I am trying to find the ways to get feedback from all the employees about Human resource functions and policies, though one to one discussion is the easiest way but as we all know no one will state any thing negative upfront.
Kindly provide suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Piyush,
The best way to get the feedback about the HR in any organization is by conducting a Employee Satisfaction Survey. Define a questionnaire based on the parameters you would like to evaluate and then conduct the survey.
Post survey, the rating against each questions will be then entered in excel and then graphs will portray the feedback of employees and the rank of HR in your organization.
Also keep in mind that, do not ask for employee's name / department in the questionnaire as this will restrict employees from giving the honest and positive feedback.

It depends on the purpose of your survey. First of all clearly state the objective(s) and then suggestions, if any, can be given.

Dear Piyush,
One basic reason for employees not coming forthright on an issue is lack of information wrt to the purpose for which the information is being sought and the second one is fear of being named/noticed in case adverse comments are given.
To take care of this situation it is desirable to draw out a questionnaire as suggested by Ankit. The questionnaire should be prefaced as to the purpose of the survey. Please also mention on the top of the document that the respondent is not required to mention his name. The questionnaire has to contain questions directly related to the purpose as well as suggestions, if any, for improvement. Please remember that the questionnaire is not very lengthy and it does not contain any question related to the issue. Please give a specific date when questionnaires are to be returned to you. Please offer your help, where required.May be that in the first go you may not get 100% return and you have to follow it up with hesistant employees .
