I attended the Interview at Tata Technologies, and cleared the same. It was contract to Hire position, I also got mail from my Payroll company that I have been selected for the position and got confirmation call from tata Technologies,I submitted the necessary documents from all my previous employers and Edu. details, But till date I have not received any offer, I inquired about this then they told me that your candidature kept on Hold, then why they sent mail of being selected?
Kindly tell what should I do?

Sometimes it happens due to delay in some processes like background check or much more. Keep patience and keep asking them about the reason. You must get the offer letter.
Just confirm one thing from them if the position you applied for is went on hold?
