i need a small clarification to move on in my academic qualification as well as in career growth, i am working as Administraion - Manager in a reputed firm since last five years i have done my B.com and Dip.in Labour Laws with administrative law and planning to do MA in PM & IR. whether the above qualificaiton will enhance my career growth. i have totally 16 years experience out of which nearly 9 years i am handling both admn & HR functions.
