I am working for some company and i resigned from there. Everybody from admin tried to compensate to make me withdraw my resignation but i denied to withdraw my resignation.
I started serving my notice period.
one day i got mailed from HR dept that we are reliving you today and after all the no dues clearance he mailed me to come to office after 2 days to collect my reliving letter.
After that day HR is not reverting on the mail. Also everytime giving lame excuses like CEO is not signing the letter or so so.
sometimes says that ceo wants to meet personally but he has no time and will inform you once he has time.
I need to join another company and withour relvng i will nnot be able to join new company.
Pls suggest what are the options for me how to get my reliving letter as HR is not reverting on the mail sent by him.

I have all the clearance and no dues on mail from every department and also the mail from HR asking me to come to collect relieving letter on so so date.
HR is not reverting on this mail chain also when i am asking about the reason of delay and the exact time when he will release my reliving letter.
