Hi All,
Please share me a sample draft of a warning email to share it with an employee who has been found misbehaving with his colleagues/supervisors. He was found using foul language on the floor and also handling other employees.

Dear Tuniksha,
What has happened is quite unfortunate. However, the incident raises few more questions. How many times this employee has misbehaved? How you go the information of misbehaviour? Were there several instances of misbehaviour? Was he given feedback in the private about his behaviour? Do you have records of this feedback? Have you trained your employees on interpersonal skills?
Whether the situation merits issue of just warning letter or domestic enquiry will depend on your replies.
Thanks,

Hi Dinesh,
Thanks for sharing your ideas on my enquiry. Yes, this was the first time he was found guilty and we have given feedback to the individual on the same.
Unfortunately, we don't have any training programms on interpersonal skills.
We would like to issue just a warning letter to make sure that he doesn't repeat the same (manhandling) in the future.
Please suggest.

Hi Tuniksha,
May be this can help you.
Dear _____________ ,
It has been reported that your behaviour towards < Employee or Employees name- Refer Incident > has not been appropriate in recent past and it comes under grim misconduct.
You are further advised in your own interest to be cautious and not to repeat such an act in future.
Hence forth You are being warned to be careful in future in such matters.

I would suggest not to mention any names in the Email as it may spoil the relationship between those two persons.
Follow this process
1) Invite the team for meeting
2) Explain them about some basic behaviour things that must be followed within the organization
This will ensure that you are not pin pointing to any one and your purpose of sending a message to that person will also be achieved. Rather all will be aware of these messages.
