I was working the convergsys, I completed the traning and was on working for the process, however, the process was shut down and I was asked to leave and they offered me 2 months salary in advance. my question is can they really do that. and please suggest some BPO where I can have job security.
I left a company thinking that they have offered me a higher salary and now I am jobless. I cannot go to the previous company as I went asbsconding from there and nor I have a job in convergsys.
please provide your suggestions

I am Rakesh, even I am victim of this same company, I was asked to leave the orgnization when the process was shut down, now I am working in wipro and I have a friends here who never asked to leave when their process was shut down.

Hi,
Most of the companies especially BPO have rotational policy..So if a project ends or have been withdraw they shift the employees to some other process providing some days re certification policy.Its good for company because they invest lots of time and money to train the employees thus they want to utilize their skills properly. Its strange to know how big brand are showing out door to employees.Anyways I would suggest you to focus on some good companies and get a job asap.
Try to make career in some other industry rather than BPO because in BPO to BPO absconding can be harmful in your CV when you will go for higher profiles.
