Hi Abhay,
There are no fixed standards. It varies from company to company. As per my experience the average training days for employees were (where i worked):
Level 1: Executive and Sr. Executive: 6 days/year
Level 2: TL and AM: 8 days/year
Level 3: Managers and Sr. Mgrs: 8days/year
Level 4: AVP and VP: 8 days/year
These days were deduced after a complete TNI based on competency mapping process.
