Hi Seniors.I'm working as a Accounts & HR Assistant in a private company. I'm told to complete 3 months probation when i was in my very first interview and after completed probetion i can have a salary increment. But i completed my probetion with last month and still didnt see any sign of salary incremet.Is it good if i requested it from management or shoud wait till they will increase? Plz give me you very own thoughts about this. Thanx

Every one works for financial and knowledge growth.If u were told that there will be increment after 3 months then you can ask her.Do have offer letter and if yes is it mentioned on it.Secondly if u will have some doubts in your mind you will not able to focus on your work moreover you will look for some other options.To avoid it its better to discuss it will also clear that what management is expecting from your end and if if you are under performer you will be able to work on weak points and definitely be eligible for growth and increment.
