Provisions Of Penal Damages Under EPF Act


Hello Seniors, Kindly explain me the provisions of Penal Damages under Employees Provident Fund.

Pl..go through section 14-B and Para 32-A of the EPF Act. These are very clear. However, you may get relief under various situations as has been held by various High Courts as well as EPF Appellate Tribunal.For details, pl. read LLR or other related books / journals or consult any expertise on the subject.
