hiii this is robin from banglore I just newly joined as hr in charge in a pvt ltd ,and here its still not registered pf&esi ,anybody can you tell me what's procedure and salary breakup like basic ,hra, convey, etc
in my last company we used to ;basic @60%of gross
hra @40%of gross
convy@10%of gross
here my employer told me to follow that file which I posted
I don't know how?,why?
he salary breaked like this
and I just attaching below last hr used xl sheet but I don't know why its come like this (basic, hra, convy, other ) please help me to do this
