Basically for this, you have to check for references with any of closed aides. you can go for Local Ad in local newspaper checking more preference for local language. regularly be active on social networking sites where you can get references, Like Face-book, Twitter etc, where most of the people whom you can search for, get contacts. some placement agencies, other schemes, through internet, most likely references only help you out. if any your close or known people working in placement agencies, schools or colleges, other Local small sector Companies, they can help you out. try to apply different methods with best efforts, surely u'll get.
