Hi Purnendu,
Very happy to hear that you want to further your studies.
You can look at doing Phd from a university.
There are numerous Indian universities offering Phd Programs. You can look at one of those.
There is also an option of doing a PG course in a specialised subject, say OB or IR etc.

Hello Friend,
I completely agree with the suggestions made to you by my friends out here.
Further to that you can even opt for an MS program from any universty in the US that wil proide you with and edge over oyur other counter parts in the industry.
A phd would be very much in place once oyu get and experirence in a particular field and identify the topic of your research.

Why do u want to take up higher studies? I think MBA is good enough. You better start working now for the next 3-4 yrs, gain some good experience and then maybe think of doing higher studies. I am sure once you start working, you will change your views on higher studies.
But why do you want to take up higher studies? Any specific reason? Or are you clueless and aimless and just for keeping yourself engaged you want to take up higher studies.
There is more to life than just studies, my friend!! Someone of your age should think of better things to do than just studying. I hope u understand the ramifications of studying so hard and for such duration.
Take care and keep in touch. Anyways, best of luck.
Your well wisher
