and need to submit relieving letter to new company
My Company HR says they will require confirmation mail from the My manager..
So request you to help me in this scenario..

If your reporting manager is on leave , you would ask HR officials of current company to have communication with your reporting manager,
regarding charges/responsibilities to be handed over to any body as instructed by HR officials on or before 4th March.
You can also have personal request to your reporting manager to extend cooperation for proper reveling with relieving letter.
Keep continuous communication with new companies HR personnel and keep them updated regarding the development at current job towards your relieving.
If have any doubt regarding non receipt of relieving letter ,clear its possibility to new company's HR now.
Please try your best in simple ethical way in each aspects of happy relieving to avoid complexity

Looking to the information posted its seems that -
The new company which your are joining is client to your current company.so your client has sent a mail to your current bosses and asked them
to relive you as per notice period.Your are now seeking help from current company's HR to relieve you on time.
If it is so , then advisable to share with current company's HR all the on going communication made and request them to release a reply mail against the mail sent by new employer regarding No objection in your relieving .If they have already confirm it then not worry.
Join the new company on 5th and then call your current manager on or before 8th and try to understand on phone why he asked you to meet him.
React to the situation further as it demands after conversation with him.
Support from senior forum member would be more helpful.
All the Very Best
Thanks
