Hi All, I would like to know about the leave management.... How many leave we can get in annual and what kind of leave do we have when we work for any organization.

Please get me the latest noiffication regarding cement being public utility services

As far as law on leaves are concerned,it is governed by Plantation Labor Act for plantations,Factories Act for factories,Shops and Commercial establishment Acts of states for shops and commercial establishments .Any leaves in excess of the above laws are decided by Co policies,conventions awards settlements etc.

Dear All, May I know the procedure of 1.suspending the employee of any industry 2. Resticate the employee of any industry In unionized plant.

it is for the Shop & Establishment and leaves depends on the industry...??

I think you are from Haryana.For leave you follow the leave provisions of Shops and Commercial Establishment Act applicable to your state. Varghese Mathew
