as per the EPF and miscellaneous Act ,1952 if an employee draws a wage less than 6500 Rs, he is to be covered in the PF scheme
But what if its more than that ....does it depend on company to company whether they want to contribute to employee provident fund ??
Same question to "Employee Pension Scheme " and Employee state insurance (where the wage/salary drawn should be less than 15,000)

Hai, only quote from newspapers are seems so no official order/gazette has been issued in this context. Rather to jump on any conclusion on behalf of newspaper is not correct lets wait for the official order as, recommendation form mistry of labour is already under consideration.

Sir,
Employees getting wages exceeding to Rs. 15000/- are not coverable under ESI Act, 1948. An employee whose wages are exactly Rs. 15000/- per month is coverable under said Act. Kindly see Rule 50 of ESI (Central Rules) 1952.
