Whenever u read a PPT or Article posted by a member , please do award marks to the member for his contribution. Make this a habit. I have started collecting all the PPT and Articles of my selection on my Laptop. When i find that material for one DVD is complete then I would come on this site and declare something.
On Administrative Laws i would suggest you to read Book on Administartive Laws by any Indian Author. It is not possible to deal with this subject on this site. This is a must for HR Professionals alongwith Labour Laws and Industrial Relations , Communication etc. . HR is a big ocean. The more you search the more your needs enahnce for more searching. That fire of "Learning" needs to be kept illuminated.

Adminstrative laws are based on principles of natural justice. There is no Act passed by the Parliament or any legilature. This law has evolved based on judgements from various courts. Some of the principles of natural justice are:
You cannot be judge in your matter. That is if you have interest in a case, you should refuse to give any decision in that case. For example if you are a judge and a case regarding a company comes to you, in which you have shares, you can not decide that case.
No body should be punished without giving him an opportunity to present his side of the issue.
Discretion can not be applied arbitrarily.etc.
There are many books available on the subject. Giving name of any would amount to publicity.
