Hi,
There is no any legal obligation for marriage loan given by company but to maintain the friendly and cooperative environment in the company simply go to your boss and asked the same. if your boss agree then you can process future.
be remember before going to your boss, be ensure the behavior of employee, length of service of employee, total dues of employee (like Earning Leave, LTA, Medical etc) and how much require to pay back the amount.
Thanks

Hi Rose,
There is no rule that Employer should provide a loan to Employee.
As a special case, if you think that the concerned employee is needy, then ask your Supreme Authoritiy to sanction loan subject to his/her drawing power. This is marriage loan and totally unsecure. I hope the amount is not exorbitant.
Else you can inform your bankers to help him and sanction him PERSONAL LOAN. As security give bankers Salary Attachment letter. Pay the monthly instalment after deducting the EMI Amount from his Salary. See your Bankers help you or not.
