Hello Shwetha,
With the access to the Internet, I wonder why did you have to make a Posting for this query.
You could have just googled & got the answer.

Dear Shwetha,
For general information like this, please search the web and then pose precise questions. For example, just searching the web using key words from your query I found many types of surveys at https://www.google.co.uk/#q=best+employer+survey+india
For the information of other bloggers, we should never forget the use of 4 lovely English polite words: "Please", "Kindly", "You are welcome" and "Sorry".

sir, I am totally unaware of this survey. I came to know about this when my teacher gave me this as assignment. when I searched in the internet I did not come across such links you sent me. Just to get understanding of the topic in simple words I posted it here as I can come across various answers. Thank you for your response to my question. I wanted information like who conducts this survey?, on which criteria they select, how it is conducted? .

This is a request to all to please accept all the queries if someone is asking for. If somebody has raised a question we should respect the person instead of raise the question on their I Q. From the last few months the forum is getting so many such responses which are irrelevant and things are getting out of track of the posting. I would also request to the cite hr administrator to kindly put a curb on such things as the genuine readers might will loose their interest. This forum has been made for discussion and for increase of knowledge instead of pin pointing on each other . Hope nobody will take it personally and will understand my point of view.
With respect to all.

Dear Shwetha,
I have combined both your messages and edited them to make the concise as follows;
My teacher gave me an assignment on Best employer survey. When I searched in the internet I did not come across much information like "Who conducts this survey?, on which criteria they select, how it is conducted?".
Can anybody tell me What is Best employer survey? Which is the best employer survey conducted during the past one year?
Such a query would have informed the readers, why you were seeking some answers and what you had already done to get the information.

Dear Shwetha,
Even the above abridged post does not give enough information about the scenario. For example, Best Employer where? I used the key words "who conducts best employer survey" from your query and found a lot of information at
https://www.google.co.uk/#q=who+cond...mployer+survey
Now, may I request you kindly to read through the links, search the web fo other information, and post a little summary of what you have found.
Thanking you in advance.

Hello Harpreet Walia,

You do have a point.

However, I think, you are mixing-up the Primary Objective of this Forum with the METHOD being adopted to learn by new members.

Like the Quote goes: "Give a fish to a person & you feed him for a day. Teach him to fish & you feed him for a lifetime".

Hope you get the point.

The idea of this Forum is NOT......REPEAT NOT.......to subjugate any member--more so a new or greenhorn member--to lectures or dilly-dallying. Since the member has access to this Forum today, he/she is able ask the info.....and maybe gets it on-the-platter too. When would the member LEARN to find such info for himself/herself? As long as things come ready-to-serve, no one will have the inclination or compulsion or necessity to learn. That's HUMAN NATURE.

I would bet my last penny that Shwetha would remember FAR MORE LONGER HER OWN effort to reach-out for the info rather than any suggestions/answers given by OTHERS.......including the members in this Forum.

However, this Forum & it's members will always be there when she is stuck with any specific issue or input she got on her own--as you can see from the various threads.

Sir,

Sorry for the late response as I was not active in this website due to some reasons. I really respect your suggestion and after going through the links you sent and through internet, I understood what best employer survey is all about and as you asked me to summarize the things I have understood. Here I go,

Best employer survey is all about finding an organisation or a potential employer around the globe which eventually is a best place to work. Aon Hewitt is the one that is involved in this survey of finding the best employers around the world.

The primary goal of the best employer survey is how an organisation has a competitive edge over its competitors and it is able to with stand as best in the competitive environment. If any organisation participates in this survey and wins the title of best employer, it can be beneficial to the organisation itself as it improvises the goodwill of the company

Hewitt considers many factors such as how the company is able to engage its employees? How an organisation is maintaining its positive financial results? How is the company brand created? How it is able to retain skilled employees in the organisation and so. Based on the factors and certain other criteria, it chooses best employers around the world.
