I am looking for some info on Assessment Center/Development Center.I am trying to find out how one can choose among the different exercises that go into an Assessment Center/Development center for Leadership assessment.
Can you pls help.

I am attaching a brief write up on Assessment Centre.
Hope u will get a fair idea on the use of assessment centre in this.
I think a lot depends on the assessor on how to deal in assessment centres. There are many tools which r used in AC/DC. If u need some assistance, I can send u some questionnaire which i had used in DC.
