Just wanted an insight of what everyone in the industry thinks about the revenue module for Hiring ?
Would you prefer spending 8.33% as a hiring cost or a fixed low cost recruitment solution with multiple hires within 30 Days.

Multiple hiring within 30 days is only in places like BPOs & Call Centres where the fixed low cost solution is already in practice. This is mostly for freshers or 1 or 2 years of experience. Howvever good recruiters, who provide good quality hires, for middle & senior level mostly charge 8.33% of the annual CTC since such hiring is under the category of "Low volume high value hires"
