I need Guidline regarding PF form 20 & 10 D
The Case is - One of our Employee (worker) was working in our firm since May 2001 & he got transfered in our new firm from Jully 2010 & he was died on 7 Oct 2012
What to do in this case

my english is not good but i try to understand, Ist you PF Transfer from old a/c to new a/c, than you fill form no. 20 and 10D.
You are required some document as per below list
1.)Original Death Certificate
2.)Birth Proof of All Mamber
3.)Bank A/c in same bank and branch (wife and Children (if their age is below 25)
4.)Combine Photograph of all members
5.)3A of Last 3 year
If you have any problem or not understand my view than you call me
