Please help me out in the issue given below.
Please note we depute our colleagues to various outstation client's sites. We pay them the DA of a certain amount for every single day of their stay at the site irrespective of them working or not, holiday or not, my query is do we need to compensate them by giving them compensatory off if they had worked on a non working day? Awaiting your response.
