We all know State government can add any employment as schedule employment part -1 (Schedule) power conferred by under the section 27 of the minimum wages Act
1. Whether its is differ to state to state? (Number of schedule employments and nature of schedule employment)
2. Please any one share schedule employment List to the mentioned state Kerala , Karnataka , Tamilnadu , Delhi and Haryana

Hi, the wages notifications and schedules should be available in most of the State Government\'s labour department website. pay check website also would have information. for authentic information, you may contact labour law reporter.

Dear karthik,
The State Governments have been empowered under Section 27 of the Minimum wages Act,1948 to add to either part of the schedule any employment as per the prevailing local conditions.
I am sharing information on minimum rates of wages and scheduled employments declared by the NCT of Delhi and State of Haryana.

Dear Karthik,
As other members have answered the number of Scheduled Employments can be different among the various States.Section 3(1-A) makes it discretionary for the Govt to fix minimum wages even for employments in which there are less than 1000 employees.

Dear Loganathan,
In response to your query, please find attached herewith the prevailing minimum wages in the State of Tamil Nadu, where minimum rates of wages for the workers working in Rice Mills,Flour Mills & Dhall mills have been fixed for Rs. 177.60 per day. The minimum rates of wages have come into effect from April 1, 2013 and shall remained in force till March 31, 2014.
