Dear Seniors,
My name is anuradha, I am an MBA (HR) with 11 yrs. of exp. in various fields. This is the reason I think my switching & no proper guidance, are the reasons for not reaching where I should have been.
I have good communication skills, Administration skills, hands on recruitment experience, Salary administration and fair knowledge of PF policies but have not done it.
I am not sure whether, there\'s something wrong with my profile or the market is looking for ppl with 11 yrs exp.
Please suggest what positions should I go for? I don\'t want to get into Recruitment.
Should I remove some of the companies?
