i wanna to leave the organization due to my exam is in next week. the company needs 30 day notice period. i have 45 days paid leaves. if i serve notice then can i used my paid leaves. or if i resigned without giving notice to company, in my full & final payment company includes my paid leaves or not or i have the right to take experience letter or any other letter from them.
please guide me....

I think you are not understanding the purpose of Notice Period. It is for smooth transition and a process time for replacement. If you want to leave early, you should get permission from your HR/Dept Head for waiver of Notice period in lieu of accumulated PLs, if any.

First and the foremost question I would ask you is why do you want to quit your job when you have sufficient leave balance with you, you mentioned that the exams are commencing next week, so the exam will last for almost a fortnight and in totality you require 22-25 days, wherein you have 45 days with you. Why cant you go on leave and appear your exam than quit the job. This is only my suggestion it purely depends on you how to proceed with your career

i wanna to leave the organization because of low salary, politics in the company, game play, misbehavior.

i joined the organization in 13 April 2012 as a Team leader in t24 section(Shop in Shop), after 6 month i transferred to staple section. in half month i transferred in process food with non food. i achieved targets of my section. but i cant perform LIFO in my section. & not maintained over the counter stock register. some time i do but not regularly because of heavy stock or work. i gave 1year to process food and non food section. in during this period my Reporting manager not support me . i gave 13/14 hours daily to company . they not provided me the training of SAP during that 1 year. after completing 1 year as a team leader in process food or non food. they transferred me to Assistant head cashier during the big days of Diwali. after Diwali they transferred me to toys and stationery section, in between 1 week they transferred me to plastic section. after 1 or 2 week they transferred me to home fashion section. where i am working now. yesterday i visit EPFO to check my pf in that the last transaction is made in month of may. after may there is no entry.

so i wanna to leave the organization. they need 30 days notice. the salary is made between (25 to 24) if i serve the notice on 5 Jan it is mandatory to work me in notice period. i am on leave right now . the approval of leave in system is made on 26 Jan . on 26 there is a big days of January. my pl balance is 28 days.

plz suggest me what step i take

i wanna to join ILETS on 5 jan. to improve my speaking. and remove my eye glasses by operation to improve my personality. i wanna to apply for passport to a better career in life. still i am enrolling my self in certificate courses from ignou. these certificate courses are in consumer protection, in disaster management, in rural management or in mba from kuk. they all need time. so i wanna to leave the organization. the appraisal in organization held on April 2014.
