Dear friend there is not an issue of giving you by hand salary but PF and other statutory return should be deducted. you have not given the employee strength on roll of the company.all statutory returns are depend on it.

Hello,
It is a small company with employees less than 10 and hence is not covered under ESI or PF and your service will not be effected. Moreover, you must be getting more than Rs.25000 pm and in that event none of the above components are applicable to you. If you like, you can open your own PF account in any post office or in some of the selected banks.

Its not a matter the company employees. The service which you worked in this company is not in calculation. So, try to join any other company which under benefits.

Dear Its not a serious concern that you have not PF account or Salary account.

Hi,
There should not be any problem in getting salary in cash format, if you are getting salary slip/receipt from company as proof of your salary from company.
So please ask for salary slip in your company if you have not been receving (Atleast some proof on company letter head).
Thanks

Dear Lokesh,
You don\'t need to worry about your PF. No one will ask you about it. But, cash in hand means, is there a pay slip you show as you are an empoloyee of that firm ? If no, you are earning black money. Can you provide any evidance of your income soruce? if your answer is no, don\'t bother about next employer, you are still in danger. If yes, no problem you get an experience letter or relieving letter with duration of your service from present employer when you leave for next firm.

Biju has rightly said that if you are just taking cash, you may face problem, while filing your IT return. Confirm with your employer, that they will be issuing Form-16, at the end of financial year, wherein all your yearly earnings are shown. This form 16 is also a valid document, for showing to your next employer, as your income proof.
Hope, you have proper appointment letter, and if so, relieving letter, issued at the time of this organization, will be useful for you to prove your experience.
