If your company is an establishment (not a factory), you may refer to the Bombay Shops and Commercial Establishment Act for the leave rules in your state.

I got accident during duty hours (travelling from one location to next day working location after finishing my work), I working in pvt. ltd. co. mumbai & accident was taken place in tamilnadu (injury: fracture in right i.e. working hand), so which kind of leave pvt. ltd.co.will sanction. Company ask it for seak leave from my account.

Hello,
I have just joined a proprietor ship firm a real estate company 3 months back,
working days Tuesday to Sunday, Weekly off Monday,working hours 10 am to 6 Pm,
My boss (Owner) is telling me their is only weekly off no paid leave, sick leave etc if any extra leave taken i have to cover in weekly off leave, Otherwise leave amount will be deducted from salary,
If i got public holiday leave that leave also have to covered in weekly off.
My salary has already been deducted
Request you to kindly send me the govt rules format of Employees working with Proprietor ship firm. So that i can clearify with my boss.
