HI tejas, have gone through your resume and with my knowledge i noticed few things which you should change and it'll look more attractive,

Remove your pic and curriculum vitae as such its not in trend. pic you should only where it required or they demanded.

terms which you have mentioned before carrier objective all should be in top center alinement,

carrier objective should not be only in our personal and professional growth. please mention org. growth too. but it should not be more then 2 lines.

If you are writing academic then you should your mention Bachelor and Masters separately to them. otherwise mention Education qualification and don't give summary and don't use boxes for education details. its Engg. pattern as they have 8 sem.

in computer skills you can add windows term and internet also.

Hobbies or interest please relate to your job profile. so that if they ask then it should be a good discussion and you should better know about that first. Atleast 1-2 should be related to your profile.

Language knows section can be separate

persona details you can right in single line not like that. its old trend. you can mention straightly like this

Single, India, Male, DOB - ABC,

Declaration part is your choice its up to you.

There should be a skill section in the end in which you can right about your skill with line pattern, not like good communication, positive attitude. you should define ever skill in a line. like i keep positive attitude during under pressure and get meaningful results.

I hope it'll help you to make an attractive resume. Its just my personal view so if anybody wanted to correct me then please i would be appreciate.

As one of the professionals opined above, HR domain is quite vast - Recruitment to Retirement. Manpower Planning, Different kinds of recruitment processes, Personnel Administration, Performance Management System, Salary Administration, Welfare, Compensation Management,,, and so it goes. At this stage of your career, first job, first experience is vital. Therefore, you cant be choosy and specific. You should have the attitude to grab any opportunity to get into a job, so long as it has relevance to your area of specialisation. It is a competitive world, the supply of MBA into job market is quite high whereas demand is not at par. Therefore, one can consider doing additional courses such as SAP-HCM, new or addiitional languages etc. so that you stand out from others in terms of additional skills. This will give you competitive advantage over others.
Best wishes
