I worked for an organisation for 9 yrs and 2 months do i eligible for EPF or i withdraw the amount accumulated in that fund along with my PF withdrawal please advise

you are in the neck of the moment. If you have more number of LOP in your tenure, you will get the full payment without going into pension scheme. I think its very crucial. Check with HR dept, they will exactly tell you about the status. In our case, we had done this for an employee who has completed 9 years and 3 months. If it is more than 9 yrs and 4 month, pension scheme will automatically come into force and certificate will be issued. So make it fast and hope you will get the entire amount.
