Dear Sir, I have a concern.. a person who has joined 6month back and takes 6days leave.. how do we need to split is leave as EL,PL ot etc..

For your kind information both EL/PL are same. There are other leaves like SL/ML, CL etc.
What does the Leave policy of your organisations say. Do you have any policy? If yes then follow the same.
Generally as per the law who joins any organisation in last 6 months he/she will not enjoy the benefit of EL/PL. You can consider the CL for 2 or 3 days as per the policy & remaining days you shall consider for LOP

A new employee should be discouraged from taking leave. It is crucial that he picks up on-the-job knowledge and skills and starts delivering to the maximum ASAP.
The few exceptions can be that due to sickness or shifting of family etc.
