Dear Priya,
Follow are some step for post :
Step 1 – Click on ask option which is top on bar.
Step 2 – Click on start discussion button.
Step 3 – 6 option available thaere,click as per requirement.
Step 4 – Mostly click on General Discussion ,than find and click on Start Discussion.
Step 5 – Post you query with title and submit it.

Dear Rakesh,
I do not really agree with what is mentioned in the article, particularly in India. Here, same person is expected to play different roles at different times.
Also building teams for a startup or an SME segment has different set of challenges which need changes in the whole eco-system.
