Dear Francis,
You need to give more details about the aim and objectives and the expected outcomes of your training sessions, to get precise advice. In the absence of such information, one can only give you some general advice. Had you clicked on the links in the sidebar at the right of this box, you would have found some information at https://www.citehr.com/436443-traini...tal-staff.html and https://www.citehr.com/26617-trainin...anagement.html

Here is some general advice to all FRESHERs who seek advice. Please give as much information about the organization, the aim and objectives of the course in question, the outcomes expected, the mix of the participants (for example, in the case of a hospital, whether doctors, nurses, and admin and support staff are trained separately or do they attend a mixed class), the number of participants in a session, whether the session is supposed to be a lecture or a hands-on session, etc.
Also, kindly say what you have done so far. Sometimes, we have spent time and given links to some useful websites only to be told that the blogger had already visited those sites and has formed some ideas. It's a real waste of our time to have given links to such queries.
Had Francis checked the web for some general information, Francis would have found links such as 7 Best Practices for Hospitals' Training and Development Programs
