A Very informative article,to be on frank side of me i sometimes not intently but miss eye contact...only later do i understand and feel what the other person may take it....i am sure they take us as an under confident person.
I now fully understand how important is making eye contact,standing firmly while talking etc etc as body gestures.the body composure and straight eye contact makes 80% of job done!
